Terms & Conditions for the “Silver Cross and Lansinoh” (the “Prize Draw”)

Introduction

1. The Prize Draw is organised and run by Silver Cross (UK) Limited (“Silver Cross”), who can be contacted at Micklethorn, Broughton, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3JA in conjunction with Lansinoh.

2. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Silver Cross and Lansinoh, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

3. The Prize Draw starts on Wednesday 1st February 2023 and ends at 11:59pm (BST) on Wednesday 22nd February 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

Who can enter this Prize Draw?

1. Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom with a UK postal address and aged 18 or over.

2. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Silver Cross or Lansinoh, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of such connected individuals.

3. c. By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Silver Cross and Lansinoh reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information

How does the Prize Draw work?

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

2. Entry to the Prize Draw is via the Prize Draw page on silvercrossbaby.com. Bonus entries can be made via the competition post on Silver Cross's Instagram page. A winner will be selected from the entries made across The Edit and Instagram.

3. Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.

4. All Entries must be received by Silver Cross during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void.

5. Silver Cross will not accept responsibility for:
   i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
   ii. Any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

6. After the expiration of the Prize Draw period, one (1) winner will be selected at random.

7. The winner will be notified via email on or around Thursday 23rd February 2023 (“Notification”).

8. The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within twenty-eight (28) working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

9. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Silver Cross’ or Lansinoh’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

10. The decision of Silver Cross and Lansinoh regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

What is the prize?

1. There will be one (1) winner, who will receive the following Prize:
   i. One (1) Lansinoh Ultimate Hospital Bag Essentials Kit.

2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Silver Cross or Lansinoh determines that the prize is being misused. Silver Cross reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

General

1. Silver Cross and Lansinoh may request that the winners participate in reasonable post-event publicity however the winners are not under any obligation to participate.

2. Each winner’s first name and surname will be published on the competition winners page here – https://www.silvercrossbaby.com/about-silver-cross/competition-winners/. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Silver Cross may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

3. If you have elected to be added to Silver Cross’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Silver Cross will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (https://www.silvercrossbaby.com/customer-service/privacy/).

5. If you have elected to be added to Lansinoh’s email database, you will receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information in accordance with its privacy policy available on its website: https://lansinoh.co.uk/. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Silver Cross reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

7. Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at silvercrossbaby.com

8. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Silver Cross and Lansinoh are not liable for, and you release Silver Cross and Lansinoh from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a prize.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
