Terms & Conditions for the Silver Cross Christmas Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)
a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Silver Cross (UK) Limited (“Silver Cross”), who can be contacted at Micklethorn, Broughton, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3JA.
b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Silver Cross, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
c) The Prize Draw starts at 23.59 on 19th October 2018 and ends at 23:59 on 19th December 2018 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
a) Participants must be residents of Great Britain with a Great Britain postal address and aged 18 or over. For the avoidance of doubt, residents of Northern Ireland cannot enter this Prize Draw.
b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Silver Cross, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Silver Cross, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c) By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Silver Cross reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
a) To enter the Prize Draw, during the Prize Draw Period, participants must:
i. purchase any classic handmade Silver Cross Doll’s Pram (an “Eligible Product”) from one of the Participating Stores (listed in 3(c)ii below); and
ii. register their purchase by emailing email@example.com with their name, contact number, details of where the pram was purchased and the date of purchase,
(together an “Entry”).
b) Participants can enter the Prize Draw once for each Eligible Product purchased.
c) To enter the Prize Draw, participants must purchase an Eligible Product during the Prize Draw Period from one of the following participating stores:
i. online at www.silvercrossbaby.com; and
ii. at selected UK Silver Cross stockists. For a full list of participating stores, please see here [JJ1]
(each a “Participating Store”).
d) All Entries must be received by Silver Cross during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Silver Cross will not accept responsibility for:
i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
e) After the expiration of the Prize Draw Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random in accordance with the laws of chance from all valid Entries received.
f) The winner will be contacted by email by no later than 23:59 on 21st December 2018.
g) If the winner does not respond to Silver Cross’ email and provide satisfactory proof of purchase for the Eligible Product by 6th January 2019, they will be deemed to have forfeited the right to the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. The winner will be required to liaise with Silver Cross to arrange for the receipt of the Prize.
h) The winner will receive the Prize by bank transfer/cheque[JJ2] within thirty (30) days of providing Silver Cross with the details necessary for Silver Cross to make payment of the Prize.
i) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Silver Cross’ sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.
j) The decision of Silver Cross regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
4. What is the prize?
a) There will be one (1) winner.
b) The winner will be entitled to receive two thousand pounds (£2,000) (the “Prize”).
c) Any taxes or other expenses that the prize winner incurs as a result of claiming the Prize or that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.
d) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Silver Cross determines that the Prize is being misused. Silver Cross reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
a) The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, including the publication of a photograph detailing them as the winner and/or their name and geographic location. No personal data will be published without the consent of the prize winner.
b) Silver Cross may contact participants using the email address or contact number supplied in Entry for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.
c) Silver Cross reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
d) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant competition page at www.silvercrossbaby.com.
e) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Silver Cross is not liable for, and you release Silver Cross from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
f) This Prize Draw is run by Silver Cross. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Silver Cross.

h) These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
