We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, as well as remote areas as designated (see below). NB: At this point in time we do not offer an online sales & delivery service to Northern Ireland or Isle Of Wight residents. NB: In some areas of the UK the normal standard delivery option is not available for accessories. A list of excluded postcodes and further information on delivery to these areas is available in our Highlands and Remote Islands section below.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Our standard delivery service will ensure that your goods arrive at your delivery address by courier within 1 to 5 working days of placing the order (some exceptions apply - see below). In the majority of cases where orders are placed before 1pm, the delivery will be made at an unspecified time on the next working day. For clarity, working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Over the Christmas period (24th December to 2nd January), deliveries can take up to two weeks. Standard delivery is FREE.

When you buy any of our beautiful furniture sets from an official stockist or our website, our preferred delivery partners will ensure that your purchases reach you quickly, safely and with the minimum of fuss.

PLACE YOUR ORDER IN-STORE
The best way to buy our Nursery Furniture is to visit one of our official stockists and view the range for yourself. You'll get the chance to view your furniture of choice before you buy, plus our official stockists will be able to answer all your questions, and offer you help with your order. To find your nearest furniture stockist, visit online our store finder - furniture retailers are marked with an orange 'F' symbol.
Once you have decided which nursery furniture collection is right for you; click the 'buy now' button and pay for your furniture order online. There are lots of furniture sets to choose from in our range.
THEN WE DELIVER YOUR NEW FURNITURE
Our aim is to make the delivery of your furniture as smooth and convenient as possible.
In the event of any issue with your delivery please get in touch with our customer service team on 0345 872 6900.
You can choose to receive your order before 12pm on the next Saturday if you prefer, but this only available if you order before 1pm on a Friday. A total extra charge of £20 is applied to this service if you request it - but this charge is not per product, so even if you order 2 or more items the charge will still only be £20.
This service is NOT available to postcodes that fall within our Highlands & Remote Islands list. This service is NOT available over the Christmas period (24th December to 2nd January).
Saturday delivery is NOT available for the Balmoral, the Kensington or furniture.

Silver Cross will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. There may be additional delivery or collection charges and extended delivery times in some areas. We do not currently offer delivery or collection to/from BFPO.
FURNITURE, BALMORAL & KENSINGTON DELIVERIES
REGRETTABLY, SILVER CROSS IS ONLY ABLE TO DELIVER NURSERY FURNITURE TO MAINLAND UK AT THIS TIME. SILVER CROSS IS ALSO UNABLE TO DELIVER NURSERY FURNITURE TO SHETLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND OR ISLE OF WIGHT POSTAL CODES AT THIS TIME.
Delivery To Remote Areas
If your postcode is on our Remote Areas list, then we are only able to offer a basic delivery service that will ensure that your goods arrive within 4 working days of your order being placed. There is a total charge of £39.95 for this delivery service but this charge is not per product, so even if you order 2 or more items the charge will still only be £39.95. The list of Highlands and Remote Islands postal codes is as follows:
Chargeable Scottish postal codes: AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32.
Scottish Highlands includes postal codes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postal codes.
Scottish Islands includes postal codes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
When a product states it is ''In stock'' for a special date, e.g ''In Stock: Early September'' - this is the date that the product will arrive at our warehouse. Your delivery time scale you are quoted at checkout will then start from this date.
