*Only Silver Cross prams and pushchairs can use this service. Also, we are unable to accept prams from the Silver Cross heritage collection. We are also unable to accept Car Seat shells.

  • Product collected from Customers home or work address

Condition Report:

  • Six point safety check:
    - Harness (Buckle lock/release. Fabric & fixings damage)
    - Brakes (Engage & release mechanism)
    - Wheels (Tyre wear & swivel lock condition)
    - Handle (Height adjustment & release button mechanisms)
    - Folding mechanism (Open/closes/locks correctly)
    - Seat unit/carrycot (Locks/releases from chassis correctly)

Service:

  • Wheels/Tyres/Swivel Locks - Changed if damaged *
  • Brakes - Checked & repaired/replaced if needed
  • Handle Mechanism – Re-lubricated & height adjustment tested/repaired
  • Folding Mechanisms – Re-lubricated & fixings tightened
  • Seat Unit Recline Mechanism – Checked and adjusted
  • Harness - Checked & replaced if needed *
  • Lubricate all other moving parts
  • Other minor repairs undertaken***

Chassis cleaned:

  • Chassis steam cleaned & sanitised (150°C)
  • Dirt & excess debris removed from wheels & brakes

Delivery:

  • Final inspection
  • Product packed & returned (with free maintenance kit)

Valet - £75

Collection:

  • Product collected from Customers home or work address

Chassis cleaned:

  • Chassis steam cleaned & sanitised (150°C)
  • Dirt & excess debris removed from wheels & brakes
  • Chassis wax polished
  • Wheels waxed and tyre shine application
  • Handle leather cleaned & re-nourished
  • Chassis badges replaced if missing *

Fabrics cleaned:

  • Appropriate fabrics removed from chassis
  • Fabrics steam cleaned
  • Spot stains treated and removed**
  • Fabrics replaced with new products where needed *
  • Bumper Bar leather cleaned & re-nourished
  • Odour neutralised
  • Fabrics reattached to chassis

Delivery:

  • Final inspection
  • Product packed & returned (with free maintenance kit)

Service & Valet - £125

Our full Valet & Service option gives you total peace of mind that your pram is looking great and working properly. This option includes the full road-test service and the 14-step clean & sanitise valet.
