Returned Goods

Silver Cross is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you are not completely satisfied with any Item purchased from the Silver Cross On-Line Store, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Please call our Customer Service Team on 0345 872 6900 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number available to quote when calling as your proof of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. Please note that should you cancel your order within the 7 working day cooling off period we will refund the cost of the item and also the applicable per item delivery charges. However all delivery charges for cancellations outside this period but still within the 14 days stated above are non-refundable. 

All items will be collected by the Silver Cross nominated carrier. There will be a charge applied for returned items; the charges are as follows:

Standard products: £10.00
Accessories: £5.00
Balmoral Pram: £50.00
Kensington Pram: £50.00

These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods

We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will repair free of charge any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days from delivery and within the guarantee period. There will be no charge for collection and return of these items. 

Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.

We will repair at your cost any item which suffers accidental damage at any time during its lifespan. Please contact us for a quotation.

To arrange the collection of any item for repair, please call our Customer Service Team on 0845 8726900 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Our manufacturers endeavour to hold fabric and coordinating components for the duration of the guarantee period. If specific colours are not available then a coordinating fabric will be used. Fabrics may fade and discolour slightly during normal use and we cannot guarantee that replacements will be an exact match to original components.

Delivery Coverage

Silver Cross will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. There may be an additional delivery or collections charges and extended delivery times in some areas. We do not currently offer delivery or collection to/from BFPO.
