Copy of Terms for the Silver Cross Eat&Play™ 4-in-1 Highchair Grey Instagram Giveaway
1. Introduction
a)The Silver Cross Nia Stroller Instagram Giveaway is organised and run by Silver Cross (UK) Limited (“Silver Cross”), Micklethorn, Broughton, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3JA.
b)By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Silver Cross, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway
c) The Giveaway begins on Wednesday 13th May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 31st May 2026 (the “Giveaway”).
2. Who can enter this Giveaway?
a) Participants must be UK residents, aged 18 or over, with a UK postal address.
b) The Giveaway is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Silver Cross, suppliers connected with the Giveaway or their immediate family/household members.
c) By entering, you confirm all information submitted is true, current and complete. Silver Cross may verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply.
3. How does the Giveaway work?
a) No purchase necessary; entry is free.
b) Entry is via the official @silvercrossuk Instagram post published on Wednesday 13th May 2026.
c) To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @silvercrossuk on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag another Instagram user
d) All entries must be received during the Giveaway; late entries are void.
e) Silver Cross is not responsible for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed due to technical or network issues.
f) After the Giveaway Period one (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
g) Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by Monday 7th June 2026 (“Notification”).
h) Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of Notification. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeit and an alternate winner will be selected.
i) If a winner is ineligible or fails to comply with these Terms, Silver Cross may disqualify that winner and select an alternative.
j) The decision of Silver Cross is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
4. What is the Prize?
a) There will be one (1) winner.
b) The winner will receive one (1) Eat&Play™ 4-in-1 Highchair in Grey.
c) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (no cash alternative).
d) Silver Cross reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its absolute discretion.
5. General
a) Silver Cross may request reasonable post-promotion publicity from winners, with no obligation to participate.

c) Silver Cross reserves the right to amend these Terms, withdraw the Giveaway or cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance or circumstances beyond its control.

e) Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Silver Cross is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation, winning, acceptance or use of a prize.
