Remote Vehicle Approval
If your vehicle is not listed via our compatibility checker, we are able to offer a remote vehicle approval.
To remotely approve a Silver Cross child seat in your vehicle, you will need to take pictures of the seat fitted in your vehicle, and fill in our enquiry form. This will then be discussed with our Car Safety Team, who will assess the images and vehicle data to provide the approval.
If you do not already own the seat you want to check, you can either visit an approved retailer where they, or you, can fit the seat and submit the images, or you can purchase directly from our website, with a guaranteed refund should the seat not be approved.
Upon receiving an approval request through, we will aim to respond within 2 working days. Please note that at busy times, this may take longer.
*The remote approval confirms that the seat is compatible and fitted correctly at the time the images were taken, in the seating position shown in the images. We recommend regular fitment checks to ensure your seat is fitted correctly, especially after removal or cleaning of the seat.
