Terms & Conditions for the Silver Cross & MORI Christmas Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)
1. Introduction
a)The Giveaway is organised and run jointly by Silver Cross (UK) Limited (“Silver Cross”) and MORI (together, “we”, “us”, “our”).
b) By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions we make relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding in all respects.
c) The Giveaway opens on 12 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (GMT) on 19 December 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
2. Eligibility
a) Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
b) Employees, officers, directors, agents or consultants of Silver Cross or MORI, their suppliers, agencies involved with the Giveaway, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
c) By entering, you confirm that all information you submit is valid, true, current and complete. We may require proof of identity / address. Any false, incomplete or misleading entries will be disqualified.
3. Entry Method
a) No purchase necessary to enter or win.
b) Entry is via the official Instagram post published simultaneously on both @silvercrossuk and @babymoriofficial on 12 December 2025.
c) To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @silvercrossuk and @babymoriofficial on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag another parent or parent-to-be in the comments (at least one required)
4. (Optional) share the post to your Instagram Story and tag both @silvercrossuk and @babymoriofficial
d) All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Late, incomplete or duplicate entries will be void.
e) We are not responsible for entries lost, misdirected, delayed, or otherwise not properly submitted for any reason.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
a) After the Entry Period ends, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
b) The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by no later than Monday 5 January 2026.
c) The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If no response is received within 14 days, we reserve the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
d) If we find the winner is ineligible, has breached these Terms, or fails to claim the prize in time, we may disqualify them and select an alternate winner.
5. The Prize
a) The prize is a newborn bundle consisting of:
- One Silver Cross Lunar Bedside Crib
- One MORI Starter Set
b) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
c) We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value, at our discretion.
6. Publicity & Data Use
a) By entering, winners consent to us using their name and Instagram handle for reasonable post-promotion publicity (e.g. social media, newsletter), unless prohibited by law.
b) Personal data will be handled in accordance with our respective privacy policies.
7. Right to Cancel or Amend
a) We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway or these Terms if necessary (for example, in the event of technical failure, fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control), without liability to any entrant or winner.
b) Any changes will be published on this page.
8. Liability
a) The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.
b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of entering, participating, or winning this Giveaway, or in connection with the prize.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and the Giveaway are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
